The Helioptile were quite a bit higher in number, though that did not change much for me since only 4 of the 81 Helioptile made it on my list. Of those 1 had light green potential while another had deep yellow potential. The third and fourth ones were exceptions like Cacnea since these two Helioptile had an additional affinity as well. While the Helioptile in question only had light yellow and yellow potential respectively, he/she happened to have a dragon affinity on top of his/her electric and normal affinities. I was not sure which dragon had chosen to sleep with one of the Helioptile's parents or one of their ancestors since all of them were capable of doing so but it seemed that it happened to at least one of them, leading to two Helioptile with a dragon affinity.

Anyway, we made our way towards the desert, and on the way there I did not forget to partake in some wild as well as trainer battles to allow the "weaker" members of the main and reserve team to gain more battle experience. I even let Garp, the Giant Magikarp, participate a few times even though the battles were taking place outside the water. It was always funny to see the other side's reaction when a giant red Karp appeared across from them. Garp used a combination of Splash and Tackle to deal with most of his opponents only seldomly using Water Gun since he enjoyed flattening them more.

Ace and Yu are definetly enjoying the show
I honestly did not know how to feel about their discussion and Yu along with Ace teasing me did not make things less awkward for me. The trio beside me just laughed while reading the chat messages, and they threw me teasing looks as well, which I chose to just ignore. Acting like a dense protagonist was the best option here. I decided to do the same for the whole chat and thus acted as if I never saw that discussion during the rest of the day. The girls finally left that evening, and once I had sent them off, I directly entered Utopia to just relax for the rest of the night.

It was also why she used Sing on the dazed Arcanine before following up with a Wake Up Slap. She did that three times in a row because she wanted to take out Arcanine, who had suffered no damage before due to the Roar fiasco, as efficiently as possible and not to vent her frustration. Yes, that's why she finished things off with a final Water Pulse at the nogging after sending Arcanine back to sleep with a final Sing. The huff she released after Arcanine was down was just to release the breath she held during all this due to the nervousness she felt while trying to prevent Arcanine from possibly countering her.

Oak gave a helpless sigh at Ash's dismissal of this. If he were in Ash's shoes, seeing his research be rendered obsolete would definitely upset him. In his mind, he didn't believe Ash could find something as impressive again. Sure, Ash had proven himself before, but this seemed impossible even for him. How could Ash possibly find a new evolution? It just seemed all too improbable.
