Dude, Arabasta was pretty early in the story, there was no mention of Haki or whatever, at this point the only reason Luffy ever won against both Crocodile and Enel are that he found/happens to be find their weaknesses. Though Crocodile having both Armament/Haki on par with Ken seems pretty accurate in the power scale. Whitebeard's crew was never known to be full of OP people, all the strong ones are division commander. Stussy could probably destriy him but remember that Ken was just the strongest of Boris subordonates, not a commander/vice-commander level figure. He could be in time but not rn

If you speak about the giants, well it's more of an anecdote, I don't think he was going to make them particularly relevant later on, he just cooked a bit, no big deal haha

In regards to the giants shadows in those episode I don't think they are real giants, we never saw them attacking anything nor causing gigantic damages. For me they are simply shadows of Shandorians living in the Sky Islands, when they stand at the edge of the white sea with the sun high behind their backs, thus projecting a giant shadow tens of thousands of meters below, like you could do if you try to stand at the edge of a bridge/building proejcting a bigger shadow than you are thanks to the perspective

And he will be an absolute beast of a Trainer (farmer) haha, a freakyshly strong dragonite, a gang of overpowered Gogoat, a Koraidon, a family a Gaganacl, a full Eevee squad, damn he'll be strong as hell. A monster Ursaring/ursaluna maybe haha
