It's alright and I understand where you are coming from with the whole two new people and how in Fallout anything or anyone can strike you I still do have plans for them so there will be something interesting to look forward too
It is similar but not it just like a normal skill system the more you do a skill the better you get

in the world fallout where people fight for anything from food to territory and when big faction take all the weapons or even try to take anything that they get there hands on. what if there was a another faction rises up with unique armour and weapons and vehicle that stands out as they go across the commonwealth will they be friend or foe well only one way to find out. Halo doesn’t actually revolved around Spartans I’ve played halo for long time and look at the lore behind it and the reason why there no Spartans and AI’s is because the character is starting off I don’t want to make them op as one Spartan is enough to take on pretty much all of fallout and a ai can just basically take out the institute by hacking the tech so to make it interesting for the reader I’ve made it so they don’t have any and I was planning on making Spartan appear threw dr halesy as she made them and it would help give time for Spartans to appear
