Twilight Sparkle, her friends, and their genderbend selves enter a dimension to where they are discovering that everything is more at harmony than their own dimensions. Little do they realize that their villains from their dimensions have reached the dimension that shows how harmony is presented.

Sonic and his friends come from a different world when they have reached Earth, but unknowingly, they come across their other dimension counterpart... Sonic looks at the blonde hedgehog before him. They have tried with their friends and that turned out to be rocky. When the trio find out a hospital that is unheard of, they decide to investigate the hospital that is run by 3 nurses and 1 doctor...

One day the chaos emeralds begin to act weird as Sonic and his friends have to go and investigate what is going on. Little did they know that the chaos emeralds teleport them to a new world that has more well built anthromorphic creatures from butterflies to a jack-o-lantern head.
