It seems that everybody forgot about the shadow god (why would he create something like that, i don’t know but why not?). It might be another possibility at least, the shadow god prefer when few people know him and be put aside, so he might have a link with the deamon of oblivion, and since this nightmare is about Ariel, the keeper of truth (who want to forget something) then the shadow god can potentially be linked as well. Also, time is probably the most powerful thing to make people, or the world, forget (maybe more powerful than the deamon of oblivion, if he isn’t in charge of time and use it as a tool). So yeah it might be a paradox with time, or futur Sunny or wathever, but let’s not forget those things
…Like something Sunny himself would create.

Yeah I was wondering the same thing, so I did a bit of math, a few kilometers is more than 2km I believe, if not the author would have said “a couple of kilometers” I guess, now, considering that the conversation last for 10s (reaaally optimistic) then that mean at least 1km in 5s, or 200m/s, there nightmare has a speed of 700km/h 💀, again, that is the lower value and that’s not even considering that there are dunes everywhere AND the time to reach such speed, and considering this parameter, Jet would have just loose her hold on nightmare

300 for saint? Wasn’t it 200 as an awakened monster-demon, and 200 as an ascended demon-devil? Why would it increase?
Saint was at a respectable… zero shadow fragments out of three hundred. That was because he had concentrated on feeding his other Shadow after she Transcended — Nightmare was still a mere Awakened creature, so he could see a Rank evolution much sooner that way.

Hi, just two piece of advice before we start, first do not look at the character section, personally I would have prefer to not look at it, well it just apply for the firsts two volume. After that you can look no problem. Second do not look at the comment, unless really, that one is even more important than the first one… I did want and try to write one execatly 90 chapters ago to share a question that has been in my head for quite a long time, and was thinking “that would be hilarious that this question has an answer in like 2 chapters” guess what, literally 2 chapter after, I had my answer.. anyway, like I said, I tried but failed to write a review, I swiped my screen and lost all of what I wrote… so I just returned to my reading… I feel a little like Sunny when stupid thing happen.. I don’t want to write everything I wrote before, sorry. Here is my fast review: 1st volume, great, globally there is just 3 characters, not hard to follow, and really easy to get immersed in the world, and epicness start here 2nd volume, at first as frustrating as possible, really a test of patience.. but then everything became enjoyable, good 3rd volume,… patience, patience… 4th volume, no time to think about frustrating thing, literally no time, and even if, what would be the point of that frustrating thing to become not frustrating? That would not change the situation at all. Great, exellent even, new characters really… lovable? Not really, hmm well.. nice 5th FINALLY YEESSS, and then.. well I’m currently in the middle of it so.. for now I like it a lot, just a character that I really like said something that I really don’t like.. The different characters are great, surprisingly there will be hate for some, then it will be kind of forget, that is for 2 characters.. there are 2 others important, those two are hard to hate, both are cool in their own way and are maybe my favourites. As for Sunny, generally I don’t really like the mains characters, but this one is cool, fun, nothing to don’t like about him in my opinion. The world, it might be biased because I looove this kind of novel where there is 2 more or less different world, and things happen.. there is a “system”, sort of, but there is no lv and I prefer it that way, it’s just weird to have lv.. The power system, it’s a bit confusing I’m not gonna lie, maybe in this volume I might find an answer, or witness something that I don’t really get about class of monster, but overall its ok. Did I forgot something? Maybe, maybe not 🤷🏻♂️ Right, for information I’m currently at chapter 843. Well, I wish you a good read, without looking at the comment during all the story !

And is it possible to land on a portal and so have a dream of just a go and back?? Or the luckiest thing, landing somewhere no one know where it is, but there is a dying divine rank nightmare creature and a portal, both of them not even 10 meters apart, well, it’s lucky considering that the aura of the divine can’t kill..
But if asked “do you have a true name?”, he can simply say “Yes.” And have a small headache, and if asked “Oh! Overall good. Read a few hundreds chapters, maybe more than a thousand, don't remember, a few years back Now is my second time, around chap 320. This is a good novel, sadly the translation, or maybe even the original story 🤷🏻♂️, is quite messy some time, the pot can change just like that and the next paragraphe we are are back... some time there are incoherence (which are quite frustrating and quite visible). But after we get used to it slowly. The story is really entertaining, no real plot armor (or rarely), but some time something appear just like that and I'm like "Okay... why not??".. feels like it wasn't really planned... The characters are really good, one of them change greatly in just the first 200 chapters, it is explained why don't worry, the others doesn't change much (for now). I would say my favorite character is Yan Xiaosu funny when needed, serious when asked, and do what he is supposed to on time. I'm also quite fond of Xio Fei, she is quite unique. As for the romance, it is here, and early, nice, not on every chapter (sort of), but when we have it.. it is a bit too much for me😅 please calm down, the world isn't ending tomorrow... I might have put quite a lot of default, but I'm still reading I plan to continue, The bad sides (messy writing, and romance) are compensated by the good sides (characters, world building (I might read the trilogy), romance) Hope it help say hi to Old Deer on my behalf :)
