it honestly in court. most weapons could be used for just pain. if you want bone crushing pain and be graphic once in a while with it go with it. You can use gauntlets. or knuckle busters. whip is a kinkie kind of thing. it doesn't have much killing power but can do the job of bleeding out a peron

there is also blunt force. torturing an person in a fight depends on the skill and strength of a person. it also is a weakness not to finish someone off quickly because it give a lot of chances

I mean any weapon can make a slow and painful death depends on the your strength and fighting style. poison can help with blades
