From the 3% since he achieved, Madara learned more about Fuuinjutsu knowledge and I am still thinking about the 2 jutsus he also received, but I'm not exactly sure what to put... if anyone has a suggestion, it can't be too powerful jutsus, up to a Rank C is manageable...

Madara at that age and level would have never been able to learn that jutsu as it was created by Senju Tobirama who was hostile at that point in Madara China's life. Even with the sharingan it wouldn't be possible as he would have to see the full jutsu with every handsign. In battle no one ever uses more than one or two of the necessary handsigns due to training that jutsu to reduce the time and handseals. why do you think Sasuke disdn'tlearn the jutsu when he got his Sharingan.
