Hahaha lmao! You took a few words from the fic and made it look like the whole plot. I hate batman, and I would never make my mc one. It was just a funny reference because of his Shadow related powers. Another thing, i didn't just reference canon characters, they are actually canon characters, Union Jack, Jacqueline Falsworth, Baron blood, every one is a canon character. What you mean fluff is my way of describing the story, showing character interactions etc. As for giving him so many powers, well if you look at it that way, he does have more powers than Batman. But he couldn't use some because he doesn't want to show everything to James. As for going around announcing his identity...what identity? Who knows about him except Alfred? He doesn't have any identity, in fact it would be announcing his identity if he said he was Austin Brooks, that could be traced back to Alfred. Idk how people think it's dumb to announce his so called "identity" when except for the audience and Alfred, nobody even knows he exists.
Not a single thing you said makes sense. Who has all the power in the world? Certainly not mc... Idk how you compare his powers to Superman? He was getting dogwalked by a level 5 vamp.
