There are pros around that height but they are few and far between. For instance there are currently on 25 players all time under 6 foot(around 183cm). On average nba players are around 6 foot 6 inches (around 199cm). So though its not impossible its very unlikely. A player would have to be much better than their taller competition just to get a contract.
