I’m pretty sure Jannzi gonna “accidentally” turn villain. I’m betting anything that group she joined is either part of one of the crazy and hostile MTA factions or straight up part of the cult. Especially after the intro of the god pilot faction leader and talk about how as soon as he had power his political aspirations were immediately pursued and we know from both jannzi and Samar that she certainly is thinking politically. Plus it’s been too long since someone backstabbed Ves.

Why does the sword make him slower once he draws it? Sure it should effect his balance a bit, but having 6 tons in your back vs in your hand (when you have requisite strength to hold it) reducing your speed doesn’t make much sense given either way your legs are holding the same weight, also does it weigh half as much even on his back? If not shouldnt his speed double once he equips it (normally you can’t be said to be wielding a weapon when it’s on your back, which is why if you carry 2 swords but are only using 1 then it’s not called dual weilding), though it just depends WHICH game rules the soul record follows. Cause some count items that are inactive, so if you carry a sword and a dagger and a bow, you might not get the attack power of them all, but all the passive skills and stats are active. Either way, seems to be like the perfect weapon to use with gravity being reduced to an appropriate level. If he was smart, he would reduce gravity until his speed and control of the blade was perfect, because no matter how fast or agile someone may be, to run we push backwards… AND DOWN. There is like no possible chance any well trained fighter could move at full speed if gravity was suddenly reduced 15x, they would just keep launching themselves in the air, and there would be like no benefit, as if he doesn’t chase them as soon as they leave the radius, they come back down and if he does, they can’t use downward momentum in any meaningful way. Increasing gravity might slow people down, but it should in fact improve control in a lot of ways. Reducing gravity would totally cripple the movement of any being who couldn’t straight up fly. This would be even more exacerbate assuming he he can decide if he is effected or not separate from the rest. Either way, looking forward to him destroying the emperor. I want him to just use the trident with blue fire and 15x gravity combined with his current crazy stats, but I’m it will be a multi-chapter battle. That said, just obliterating the castle and emperor probably wouldn’t give nearly as great a reward.

Do you not remember Ellis being amazed by Grey’s communication and tracking talismans? just because they have some devices analogous to modern tech doesn’t mean they have magic cameras. If nothing else if such things existed, someone would have footage of lord cat raiding their vault.

Ehhh, the first time he used a larger size was in his domain, but it was never clear if he actually got bigger until a few chapters ago when it said he was 2m tall and 3m long or something like that (smaller than in domain).
I dunno why, but the idea of storage rings that can store living beings absolutely gives me the creeps. It would be so easy to get kidnapped and what would it even be like to be stuck in one? Is it just suspended animation or do you slowly starve trapped in some small room or something.

There were definitely some places he had to avoid so he wouldn't be noticed as he sneaked into the hideout. The man told him all he needed before he knocked him out and kept him back in his storage ring.
