pls tell me he's wrong. When I went through the character creator I put most of my points into Chronomancy, Clairvoyance, & Mana Management (all at tier 4). If he can get to tier 4 in a few years then I'll have wasted those points.
And they even claim that it would take years to increase a tier in proficiency! I don't think I even need till next year to get my Umbramancy to tier two!
