just increase it a little then, the only time I find luck very useful is if the weapons or materials found are even more powerful than similar leveled things or if there's good increase in the chance of critical hits. otherwise it just slows down the grind of getting stronger since you'll ultimately have to rely on items/currency and not stats. when you rely on items due to low stats, you won't be able use better items since those items require higher stats. which makes luck a huge turn off since more items doesn't make you stronger unless there's items that raise your stats permanently that you can find or craft from enemy drops, in which case it's better to wait for when that's possible to have higher luck since it'll be harder to increase stats late game.
