what people need to use chakra is a in chakra system that then mixes spiritual and physical energy inside the body. everyone has chakra but not everyone has a chakra system.(pretty sure everyone in the Naruto world has a chakra system)

I think a space power is a good idea but instead of space manipulation in general something like pocket dimension creation would be a better idea he could create different types of pocket dimensions like one filled with water or fire or making a home that follows him everywhere and maybe when he gets good enough he'll overlap his pocket dimensions over the real world and control anything within his range like law from One piece

I think adding more abilities is more harmful than good it would be better if he strengthens his innate abilities as in his quirks and talents. like maybe at the price of any future nen abilities they are not able to be stolen, copied and limited while also strengthening them. after all he has plenty of abilities he just needs to get creative in their use
