ok I'm confused? what do you mean by "doesn't sound impressive" lol? There is nothing to be impressed about. It's a disgusting sickness that claimed lives of many people. I believe from want i remember that Yomite's either father or mother (Can't remember now but I think mother) died from it, so it was nice to see it appear again as a plot point for Yomite to overcome. Since the disease basically took his mother from him before he could see her ever again. I feel like the arc was very well done both with relationship development of Hu Tao and then Yomite triumphing over the disease. But that's just my take
