it kind of feels like Dumbledore rolled over a bit too easy tbh, the train of argument was good and all, but it just resolved itself too quickly. i think you might need to flesh out the argument between moody and Albus a bit more. it seems like you've gone the manipulating Dumbledore path, and it seemed a bit lack luster. didn't get me wrong, I'm looking the way the story it going, nice take on a HP fanfic

yeah it's gonna be awhile til it develops further. it's going to be one of the more difficult moves to advance as personally i think the move encompasses so much, so it will take longer to improve
But now that I had taken a moment to review their progress, I was impressed by how far they had come. Cinder's moves had advanced significantly, showing a level of dedication and training that made me proud. Gastly, too, had honed his techniques, proving his determination in every battle we faced. And Abra, always the attentive one, had improved her Psychic abilities to an intermediate level, showcasing her potential for even greater growth.

yeah he isn't really going to work with SHIELD fully. maybe help them out here and there but nothing too crazy.
But with what i knew about SHIELD and how "compromised" it was, then i may be getting my hopes up for nothing.

Thanks for the heads up, i started realising that and doing it a bit, especially when i wanted to get into some detail about his training with the Pokemon and about their moves but it kept on wanting to go to jump to the story and speed up the narrative which I'm not a huge fan of

oh don't worry, he won't be joining them, he may use them for their resources and assist them when he seems it necessary but he won't be working for shield. he has the potential to create something good outside of the influence of any corruption whether it be hydra or just politicians in general
