Nah bruh, it won't be too jarring nor jarring to me at all nor does it really hard to be faithful to either of them that much. Especially Dredge which doesn't seem to have much of anything to show that you'd have to be faithful to, LOTM also usually as with all fics depends on the author. I've rarely read a fic of LOTM where it truly changes things & yet even when they do authors try to in a way stay close to how it all works. Though not going to lie, it'd be enjoyable to see a LOTM fic where the Mc & the Pathway of the Mc doesn't align nor fit any of the rules nor reason of the verse. Like nothing ever changes to such an extreme in a way to be its origins maybe don't come from Gods/Outer Gods maybe being created by a human somehow, or if the Mc acts like a god they don't have to follow having only 3 Honorific lines, being able to absorb/copy Pathway abilities or change them after they're absorbed into one of his own unique type that fits the Pathway of the Mc, Mc who's a human somehow killing or maybe influence/corrupsts a god or absorbs, or makes their own version of a Pillar etc. I've never seen anything TRULY breaking the laws/rules of the LOTM verse, I mean I'd love to see it as it'd be cool but no doubt it'd be a bit boring if done wrong & end the fic too quickly. Only ones I know of that changes things somewhat yet also a decent amount are Lord of Sins, Singularity, Fire of Destruction & maybe a small few others I might be forgetting. Yet even these ones seems to stay a little within the rules of the LOTM verse.

How so? I mean more in the way that it seems Natasha is shown to usually be stealth rarely getting into fights as that'd be secondary only if stealth & or assassination fails, while with Mc, Ghost, maybe Carter heck maybe Captain America though not sure how much it'd improve him. The way I mean it seems more reasonable is that they seem to always be more likely than Natasha to be on the front line doing actual stuff that would be easier to get done with the Amulet. Sure the same applies to Natasha, but her main thing is likely to simply be just infiltration as a spie, stealth & assassination rather always be straight up combat. For her it makes more sense to me if she gets things like tech or other things that focus & highlight those aspects specifically.

Edit: Not having to know or have a trace of her, but rather that he'd have to be saving her for later rather than what's been shown of him actively having the Foundation trying to find her. Hence it's not able to be called "Saving" her till he meets Fisk because that would imply he wasn't truly caring if she was found nor would he be actively having the Foundation trying to find her yet unable to find a single trace. With the Mc/author acting as if Fisk & his goons would be able to do better than the Foundation with the various organizations it's agents are implanted in as spies, plus the Foundations current tech, plus the Foundations experience, Plus the connections the Foundation no doubt gained after being in Marvel verse for a while now, Plus the main characters criminal underworld connections, influence & power which have been shown to seemingly be greater than everyone else's including Fisk. It's not saving her, nor is it that she's hard to find with the Kingpin aka Fisk who was shown to not yet even be at his peak & only beginning when the Mc as his known criminal underworld self supposedly died leading to Kingpin deciding to take his place & yet being the only one who'd be able to help find her. It's just plain dumb of a plot with zero sense.

For him to be saving that (I assume you mean the Mc & not the author) it would have to not have the Mc multiple times saying they can't find her & that he'd have to employ Fisk & his goons to find her. Aka he knows where she is or have a trace to be calling it "saving". Which is why I & others have said it makes no sense, with me having expanded in one comment that as THE SCP Foundation who's existence is specifically to find SCP to Secure, Contain, Protect & have tons of foundation members in multiple groups like Shield amongst others mentioned & also the connections that likely had been made after being in Marvel verse for a bit, & also the Mc criminal underworld connections. All that combined with their tech amongst things mentioned with their experience being to find near impossible SCP legitimately near impossible due to what they are & do, yet cannot find a simple singular person despite all those things & experience yet the author/Mc then goes to say that FISK & his GOONS would be BETTER THAN THE FOUNDATION at FINDING Black Cat!? So like I said before, that makes zero sense & if that's the case then the SCP Foundation shouldn't have been able to a single SCP entity/object, since day one of this fic in the Marvel verse when the Mc summoned them & that only others like FISK, Shield etc should have them found & contained to experiment with or destroy, & the Foundation should not have a single SCP since coming to this verse because apparently only Fisk would be able to find Black Cat who's in no way difficult for them to catch with all the pre mentioned stuff. If they can't find a SINGLE TRACE of her, despite all their stuff & need FISK to find her... by that logic no SCP should have been found nor contained by the SCP Foundation since chapter 1 & they should never be able to find nor capture & contain them.

Oh yeah, no I know that was what dredging is. For some reason I just think it fitting in an odd way, that if it's not a version of Cthulhu then it's something else & it's name is legit just The Dredge. Can't help but wonder as you said how many ways this is inspired by the game, how much are your own ideas & partly from other things like fics, novels, games etc. I can just see the cheeky smug expression on your face from that :D about the whispers.

Saw the game now, watched both endings & can't help but wonder if the thing that he hears when he's advancing or going slightly mad due to freaking out, is either the giant Whale/Leviathan creature from the Good Ending or perhaps the Cthulhu looking creature from the Bad Ending. I'd assume the Cthulhu like creature is named after the game, so it'd be called The Dredge & is the one whose likely the reason why the character in the game also experiences Eldritch whispering sounds & sights. Mainly think it's that because if this is a possibly a separate Pathway from the LOTM versions, then I'd assume none of the other Evil Gods/Outer Gods can influence the Mc through his Pathway due to it possibly being completely separate from The Original Creator if it doesn't originate from him nor any of the Evil/Outer Gods. Though I can't remember if that's how their influence works.

Lovely simple chapter

This chapter was a high disappointment comparable to the beginning chapters where practically nothing made sense. & it also brought up the reminder that the once chick Black Cat STILL HAS YET TO BE FOUND! Despite all the resources that the Foundation has access to & all their experience plus if I'm not wrong even if they for SOME REASON couldn't find her normally, now they have the Hecate supernatural magic taskforce which should easily be able to find her using some sort of magic.

...I don't see or get any response as to why Natasha would ever be getting the White Tiger amulet, the only person that makes sense would be Ghost or the Mc or some other loyal Foundation member that actually is more useful than Natasha could hope to be. It makes practically zero sense to give it to her.
