Huh there’s the plant growth I was thinking of!

Shaking that from my mind, I returned to experimenting, all while Kalia also started changing her orders; the young Dark Elf walked over to her personal garden and sped up her plants growth, making Camara and I freeze.

I saw the fact they are weaving magic and thought of wards from Harry Potter fanfics. Things like intent wards, defensive and offensive protections, weather manipulation etc. It’ll be interesting to see where you go with this! Things it brought to mind (take and use anything you might want to Author): physical shields, temperature and environmental controls, stealth and hiding shenanigans, wards to detect life and animals and their intentions, wards to repel the same, wards meant to increase quality of life (plant growth, fire suppression, temp control to prevent snow buildup etc.), space expansion and compression, time manipulation.

Whilst I watched my youngest happily play around with her Nature-esque magic, I began to pluck some more at the Weave around us, threading the white strands together before 'casting' them out into the world, experimenting with what I could.

You’ve been doing great. I’m really loving you book! Fun fact! The longest fan fiction ever written is currently 5.6 million words long and is a Lord Of The Rings story. It is more than ten times the length of lord of the rings at 558,003 words. And it is still being updated!

According to a quick search online, the average novel is 80K words...

Well… Bruce just found a weakness. Overcharge him and he gets high…

"Are you sure you are well? You seem… hyperactive." Batman suggested, eyes narrowed.

I am currently reading five of your eight books and cannot get enough! Thank you for writing them! I’m probably going to go back and reread this in the morning just so I have something to read whilst I wait for it to be updated lol.

The other month, someone in America won the Powerball jackpot of $2.04 billion and after taxes and deductions only got $628 million. I know that is still a lot but it seems like the IRS is the real winner there. They get to withhold 24% off the top and the rest is subject to a tax of 37%.

Anyway, there I was, bored, walking casually and checking the various storefronts, when on a whim, for the first time in my life, I decided to buy a lottery ticket. Imagine my surprise then, when the next Friday I checked the winning numbers and realized that I won 60 million!!! After various tax deductions, I had a little less than 35 million available!!!

Ooh I’ve been there. When I finally left the job I spent the next month answering phone calls with “IT service desk [real name] speaking” and a lot of the issues I solved were because the user had failed to do something correctly. Things like “I can’t submit this request form” the answer usually was “you missed out a required field”. I also did a ridiculous number of password resets and spent hours having to confirm that the user was unable to use the computer because something wasn’t physically turned on in front of them.

Until five years ago I was a junior IT consultant in a big accounting firm. That meant that I would spend 12 hours every day in front of a screen fixing the mess that the rest of the employees created. You know what I mean. Ooh, Ben, something happened and my pc ate my spreadsheet. Ooh, Ben, my computer does not work… yes, of course I turned on the scr… erm, sorry, I got a call, I must go….

I agree completely. If it’s more than four letters long I won’t remember it. On that note, just realised I’ve forgotten the MC’s name…

I quickly sat up as I became somewhat scared of my knowledge. This was my second meeting with Lord Raphael and I haven’t even learned about any of his family circumstances. So why do I know so much? Wait, no… He sounds a lot like a character from that one light novel I’ve read. Wait, what am I doing comparing someone’s life to a character from a fictional story? Even if Lord Raphael sounds like a character from that story and even if he has a childhood friend named Lady Rium like the one in the story, there’s no way any of that is connected. Yes, I must be going insane. Man, that fall really messed with my head. Was what I thought, but then I met with his highnesses. First Prince Leonhardt Zenova and second Prince Clovis Zenova.

At this point I believe they are accounts belonging to the companies that do translations for a lot of these books. They are probably spending the money with the knowledge that people will see these huge donations and give it a view. It helps that so many other people are also reading the books anyway.

Who are these people and why do they have so much spare money to send to romance books?!
