I'm a big fan of how the Horcux didn't so much merge with Lily as it did twist and pervert her thought process. On a technical level, nothing has changed. Her top priority is still Harry. However, with the new "perspective" the definition of "protect" has widened a lot and includes some questionable things
Well considering Kat is still exploring what her sexuality means even as of the most recent chapters (989) I think that's a bit unfair to say. Plus, it IS marked as gay. There is a very clear Yuri tag on the story.
This is an amazing idea. Don't be afraid to keep doing stuff like this.
Spoilers. It does change.
Honestly fair. I'm not pleased with them either.
A couple of reasons. (Oh and spoilers) One is more obvious, Apep's best friend Jara is asexual. The second is because Kat and Lily are in a relationship and can actually go TOGETHER but count as '1 demon' for Apep's price range. Then there's the fact that, not that we know yet, Zurha the love interest was raised in an orphanage. Those are just some of the reasons Kat is a good choice for this.
The 8th of the 10 lives like right next to the orphanage. Like they share a wall with the orphage close. Lily and Kat are banking on fantasy tropes that say the random wealthy suitor has to in fact be the heir to the 8th of the 10.
I know I personally don't remove reviews for spoilers, and I don't think anyone else can. I've only removed a couple reviews that were just spam but that's it. This is only made weirder beacause I can still SEE the other review you left: ------ The author does a great job and keeps the story consistently interesting. It is a good mixed bag of drama, action, fantasy, intrigue, etc. If you are looking ONLY for sleaze or smut, this is not the novel for you (up to chapters 700 nothing explicitly erotic by Western standards in my opinion). If this is translated, the translation is amazing. I spend my coins on this. Please keep the chapters coming!!!
No. Sue just has a lot of experience compared to the main cast so talking about stuff is fine. And she can enjoy more vanilla stuff... but when she has options... why not go for what you like?
So, I'm reading this long after the fact and perhaps because it doesn't matter I feel like adding... that I'm not super in love with how this played out. He lost his arm, spent 6 months recovering, then the first thing he does is get his arm back. Don't get me wrong, I love how you sorted that issue out and if this had come 20 chapters or more down the line I would be super on board but as it stands it feels like all that talk about getting a new arm and designing it was a waste. Granted, I suspect this happened because of all the complaints so I'm not annoyed about it.
