they are free range with owners... at my hometown we make this krukrukru sound calling our chickens to come home and eat. my uncle's chicken would also come over and steal the raw rice we scatter on the ground... we would throw rocks or sticks on them only to scare they away. you wont be able to hit them anyway theyre fast like roadrunner.
