Professor Flitwick generously awarded nearly equal points to both houses. He didn't assign much homework, just three inches, which was essentially a review of the key points covered in class.

One thing to say—in fact, Tanya is very good-looking; although her attractiveness index is not on the level of Charlie's, she's at least pleasant to look at. Although Melanie is also a beauty, she seems old (perhaps in her late 20s) and, frankly, not Charlie's type.

TL;DR Even if unfamiliar with source material, I highly recommend reading this! Long ver. Every now and then, a Chinese fic turns out to be incredibly good. This is one of them. Characters aren’t lifeless, and the MC is pretty awesome. Some comedic moments, but the focus is definitely on power development. I think what it does well is that while he does help out the people around him and he has some semblance of justice, it all ultimately is for himself. I think it’s a nice touch. Basically, because for the above, the MC is grounded and aware of his capabilities, no need for plot-armour ass-pulls. MC also has a cheat that prevents tech from taking over his mind and other stuff, not really a spoiler, it’s in the first chap. All in all, awesome job to the author and to the translator for the incredible translation! Give it a go! Sincerely, DadJoke.
