I don't understand why Kazuki didn't state that he recreated the jutsu alone, he has Tobirama's legacy, if he explained step by step how the jutsu works, everyone there wouldn't be able to disagree, one thing is a jutsu written on paper, but would there be in-depth explanations on the parchment about the hand seal? If he had done that he wouldn't have to explain himself later,after all Tobirama created many jutsus and how Kazuki will inherit this from him and create others.
