I want to use first my fast pass before the coins!

I just wanT to voice out my sentiment to the author. As i have said earlier i have finished reading this novel up to the end maybe a year ago. I am reading it for the second time and yet why do i have to unlock again many Chapters. Is it the rule here in webnovel?
