hard to say really. there's two streams of thought there's those that think she does to look younger then there's others say she just has good genes that makes her look younger then what she does. some sources say she does other's say she doesn't. as you can tell im part of the group that think she does. cuz other then in dragon ball kai she never shows any sign of aging at all.
As he made his way back home, another thought hit him—Bulma. He remembered from the anime that she'd be showing up soon, looking for the Dragon Balls. Goku grinned to himself. I'll make her my wife!

seriously he is putting the horse before the cart. he doesn't have to worry about frieza for over 13 years the androids and cell could be easily nipped in the bud by killing gero when RR comes around all he gets to do is train and he would be fine
