In Fate, Trihexa would qualify as an Evil of Humanity or Threat to Humanity. Not a Beast as it doesn't possessed love (twisted) towards mankind. It's a being of pure chaos and destruction. On this fanfic, from previous chapters, Wilhelm realized that the gods and other entities of this worldline (DxD) are fundamentally weaker than compared to Fate-verse which are in higher levels. Arcueid could radically shift the balance if she takes full control of the planet. Every gods would be shocked and terrified.

It never stated 'planet killers'. That title goes to ORT, Ultimate One from beyond the Solar System. Arcueid power and authority only goes far bound to her respective domain which is the moon and Earth.

The original Crimson Moon, Ultimate One of the Moon, nearly destroyed the planet by creating a mirror image of the moon. It's a mirror image but it was a perfect replica that a collision course with the world would eradicate every living being on the surface. Arcueid can do this as well but her authority over the Earth are much powerful. She can basically make the surface of the planet her playground like playing a pinball machine, She talked about it in Tsukihime. No joke or lies, straight facts.

Demons are beings that revolve around the manipulation of emotions and personality. The old saying 'the devil lies' but that's nothing a human arrogant belief. The evil knows more than the blinding light that hid anything from a facade it put. Amakusa is just a human, blinded too much of his hypocrisy. The Shimabara Rebellion may be the banner against oppression. But the fault lies to Amakusa who poised himself as the false messiah than delivering messages of faith. His mistake caused the lives of many. A version of him manifested in Shimousa, driven by hate and anger against the Tokugawa. Not an Alter, but someone fallen to the abyss of vengeance. He's not even a saint anymore even at Apocrypha. Both God and Jesus looks disappointed in the end of this human foolishness.
