William is dead, but all his 'children' (the savage werewolves) arn't. I MIGHT bring Marcus and Vampires into it, but I haven't decided yet. I might do something like a poll for readers to decide. He will likely (in the FAR future chapter-wise) meet Alexander again, but I also don't know if Magnus could get ahold of his blood, because it would be weird, as powerful as Magnus will be by himself, for his grandfather to give it. Perhaps that conflict is where Marcus could be brought in, having hunted his father for killing William. I'm not sure yet, I'll see how things turn out as I write them!
There is a deeper conspiracy, but the High Septon (the one who Daemon kills) was directly responsible. So while its done for now, there is more to uproot
"Quiet, Daemon," said his furious grandfather.

I don't think bro would care in reality. The bronze bastard of the bronze bitch. If it was actually true, it'd just give him ammo to break off the marriage.
Daemon, impatient, said angrily, "He's a bastard, I knew it, that bitch had a bastard behind my back, I'm going to kill her."

Same. That mans hands have been in places I dare not fathom
Freya nodded, then, with reverence, took his hand and licked it, a traditional show of payment and respect, though it was seldom that she felt such gratitude and dread combined. Magnus clung to her side, curiosity fading into quiet contentment, even as the Seer's final words echoed in her mind.

Garm (Normally Garmr) is fitting. It's from Norse Mythology and is better then the very overused cliche of Fenrir or Fenris.
Just as her mind raced for options, a voice broke through the tense silence. "Garm, here, boy!" The young voice cut through the air like a command, calm but firm. Instantly, the wolf's snarl vanished, and it sat obediently, tail sweeping the leaves with a docile enthusiasm as if it were a mere household hound. Out of the trees stepped a boy, silver hair falling to his shoulders, his cheeks flushed from exertion. He couldn't have been much younger then she, something he stature would prove otherwise. He bore a mysterious confidence and ease with the wild that seemed unnatural for a child.

A fair point, but it also goes against the faith itself, who had warred with the Targs from Maegor to Jaehaerys over the whole brother-sister thing alone. Otto may push for that, but even he, a part of the house that shields the Faith in Oldtown, will become a inconsequential voice in the vortex of shit that ensues. Plus, Aegon, Baelon and Daemon (if he has anything to say about it, which he certainly would) will be in the way in terms of succession. It's highly unlikely Alerion (Aegon and Alicent's kid) will ever sit the throne.
You tend to understand a thing or two, normal and esoteric alike, when you get to Jaehaerys's age.
"All Targaryens are born of fire, but this one, Aegon, he is more. He bends the elements without knowing it, and that power will grow with him. It will shape him. Fire will answer his call, and perhaps the very earth beneath his feet will move with his will. As was the ways in Valyria of old"
