Writing quality, considering that it's a Jord fic then it's for sure not trash, not exactly a masterpiece or anything but it's definitely way above average. Which is way too fucking rare on this site. For the stability of updates, well, again, considering that it's a Jord fic then I can only assume the muse is gonna drop at some point, so I'm just enjoying the mass release of chapters while it's going on. For the story development, it's actually p good with interesting twists so far. But I won't spoil. ;) For the character design, as always it's a Jord-like MC, meaning a ton of grind as well as running his mouth with no filters, which I personally enjoy because fucking hell one starts to get tired with all the white knights or fucking edgy psychopaths, plus there is an interesting take due to the twin Twice Criticals, it basically functions as an enhanced but still bootleg Boosted Gear, but I'm assuming it'll grow into something else considering there are many possibilities to the Balance Breaker, such as the Sub-Species and the X Side which brings new abilities to the table. For the world background, there is an alright use of Slash/Dog so far which usually revolves around Lavinia in other fics (and it's fine cause she's great), as well as the other crossovers so far such as Uzaki and Ikki Tousen. Overall I'm enjoying it, and it's what fucking counts because fuck y'all.
Except that the author already said that 1 chapter every day was incredibly tiring and mentally exhausting to write every day :)))))) so why not stop asking stuff like that and actually think about the author's well-being for a second instead of thinking only about yourself? :)))))) Plus in the first place it was only 1 chapter every Sunday, now it's 1 half Friday and the other half Sunday so it's better for you degenerates who want a hundred chapters every day :))))))
Considering the "contract" in 2 months it may indeed mean that, however we don't know what's going to happen during those 2 months now do we? AFO might just decide to steal Horizon's Quirk only to fail and end up making a contract, or even something else.
What you forgot, and was the main subject of Horizon's point, was that his Quirk is built for his body and that you need complete control over your own body's functions which is great information for All For One. Because on the U.A Festival he only saw someone copy Horizon's Quirk and almost die from doing that, however with that information he can adapt to it and take Quirks that helps in endurance and body functions should he decide to steal Horizon's Quirk.

And he already trained day and night since young and even more since he got his Quirk, while Izuku didn't even think about analyzing his own Quirk after the Entrance Exam for an entire month (Entrance Exam was February 26 and School Opening was early April) or anything else to not injure himself, Horizon has potential and continues to train hard to get stronger every single day while Izuku simply does physical training and didn't even think about Martial Arts, Parkour, Yoga or stuff like that to help with his movements
