Yes, but the way Akikan is portraying them is if the Infinite is a perfect team, a team without flaws(except gintoki) and Fairy Tail a team that only has protagonism( yes, one or two battles of the tournament they use it) but they aren't your stray dog who runs at the sight of a Pitbull, they have their strengths.
Mavis, who was known as a master strategize, couldn't think of a way to defeat Infinite since all of her strategies were destroyed by overwhelming power.

Remember technology is really hard to produce, even with super intelligence without the necessary machinery it became a piece o metal. And think about it, what would you choose: a blade and strength to kill a God or a techno army (NTR bastard is near this type of fighter) to fight for a place among the gods?
Because your choice would be more or less a necromancer army, but while you won't need corpses it wouldn't be too far of it, and think of it if you get a chance to gain a power what would you choose? A superintelligence or something more palpable like a item or power that would let you use it practically instantly?(remember you wouldn't have a thinking like it is a game that you would gain the power ups items later, but a survival were you realise your dream and try to gain the most to survive)
After Dragon Ball, how about Toriko World, it's a world whit power level more or less of Dragon Ball in the late stages and the part pos-manga is in a whole different level(space travel with battles).
