Do a power up Arc, which he gains fame and a retinue/Knight order built on he’s and their accomplishments. It could be funded by going around the riverlands/ Crownlands/Westerlands/stormlands for the lords clearing bandit dens and fighting pirates and when they do meet again….I’ll let you take it from there
