The Nekomata, Riko, fell deeper into her own racing thoughts. This day had been VERY eventful and there was much for her to tell her elders. An entire methodology of Ki usage was just lost to history and no one ever knew. She could already see the world shaking possibilities this master just spouted out without care. It was as though such knowledge was so beneath him that he saw no need to hide or hoard it. The thought of one of her branch clans being slaughtered by those Devils came to mind, making her clench her teeth in seething anger. It was said that nekomata, had gone insane from the usage of Senjutsu. And after she killed her master becoming a Stray, the family in question then thought it was prudent to then massacre every nekomata in their territory in retaliation. There hadn't been any news since.

I don't know where the confusion started but Yasaka and Iori never had that kind of relationship, it always been a master-disciple type thing and there might've been some teasing from both sides in the past but they've never been romantically involved with each other.

I'm kinda undecided here, like I have an idea of a love interest but there's so many good characters that could fit with Albert in the future. If it is going to be a harem, it's most definitely going to be pretty small (2-3). I hate harems that are like 5+ people and growing every twenty chapters or so. But I'm leaning towards a single love interest, but we'll see if that changes when I actually write them.
Yeah I agree with you on this, looking back on the scene after almost a full year it's probably going to be the first one to be changed or edited out completely.

I'll use some inspiration from other medias but I'll try to stick to The Call of Cthulhu tabletop game and Pulp Cthulhu. If I do bring an item from another media, I'll have to tweak them a bit to fit them in the rules set out. There will be little trinkets that don't destroy his SAN but not anytime soon. But for something like Bloodborne? No, the game is literally about killing Great Old Ones. The Hunter is on a whole other level of existence than Albert is.
