human transformation saphira and eragon go to Skyrim and saphira becomes the dragonborn and eragon is her battle mage travel companion. Eat those evil dragon souls to power up...also it has an awesome magic system :]
4. I'm like 90% sure what world I want to go to first as it will give a decent power boost for Saphira and has a better magic system that will be more fun to write about, but I still want your ideas just in case I am missing an amazing world that would fit my criteria or they could end up as the world after the first. please note that worlds with a boat load of lore that I don't know like One Piece will not be an option because I would never be able to do the original work justice.

fusion with a silmaril...eldunari are gem like, and through fusion of the inner jewel, she can experience continued evolution. Also there are 3 silmarils...perfect for eragon, arya, and murtagh to enhance their dragons after galbatorix fall and b4 the coming of sauron/whoever the evil invader is.
1. I feel that Saphira is going to fall behind in power level compared to Eragon. I have a few ideas for how to improve her strength when they head into the multiverse but I would still like your opinions on what I can do to help her from within the confines of a Eragon/LOTR world.

standard but with an egg move... especially bread pokemon tend to have them anyway. it's not a rare occurrence, and it would allow for some tactical diversity rather than the early move spamming. I vote for seed bomb or sand tomb....sand tomb isn't too op, but it's a great control move with decent damage and seed bomb is quite op but you could nerf it and slowly develope it through training

I would pick an atypical starter. Something that could help him on exploration...growlithe(great tracker and after evolution it's a great mode of transport.), zubat( great for night watch and caving and crobat can be flown on), eevee(so many choices lol, I always thought vaporeon was a good choice bc it was a rare water type that is quite mobile on land, after all what good is a water type that can only fight while in the water), machop line(very human shaped and a great extra set of hand to help out with anything), and last but not least eggsecute(grass type for subduing opponents and healing and psychic type for the same reasons as well as all the other benefits a psychic type can bring, not to mention it's evolution is a beast)
