there is that theory of human with no limits in mha, heroes and villains with no quirks related to physical enhancement can tank out insane amounts of damage that would kill anyone in our world, the best example is aizawa, he should have been killed by any random move of the first nomu that appeared, yet he just got really hurt, yes pretty heavilly but he did not become a sack of meat and blood after a hit
