I'm still somewhat healthy even though my heat cycle is sporadic. I might need to discuss with my doctor and find out if it's being constantly in contact with your dominant alpha pheromones that triggered my first heat in years."

"Listen to me, Lithe," Zen said soothingly. 

As he cupped Lithe's face with his calloused fingers and lifted his face at an angle where they could stare directly into each other's eyes.

His words were properly enunciated so that nothing would be left to Lithe's imagination; he needed to make things quite clear between them.
