Being known to the world at large would come with a lot of hassles, and Viktor definitely does not wish to be known as the one responsible for the new world rank. For this reason, he decided to not answer the communication request.

After a few seconds, the alarm-like sound was stopped, only to be replaced with a short message.

Viktor fell into silence, just as expected, that communication brought nothing but trouble for him.

"Hey, Jessie, do you know who this man is?"

"Of course, everyone knows about him. He's the new warlord that is currently taking over the eastern parts of America. You better not get entangled in such matters, trust me."

He couldn't agree more with that sentiment.
