At this moment, a pleasant voice sounded close to his ear. "Brother Mohan, you're awake?"

Gu Mohan stared at the ceiling for a few seconds and narrowed his eyes. After regaining his composure, he gradually turned and looked at her.

"Brother Mohan, let me help you up." Lu Qi'er offered.

Gu Mohan leaned over and did not let her touch him. Seeing there was was still a drip attached to his hand, he stretched out his hand and removed the catheter before getting off the bed.

"Brother Mohan, where are you going? You're not allowed to go out. Your fever only just subsided. You'll still need to stay in the hospital to be under observation." Lu Qi'er tugged onto his sleeve.

Gu Mohan stared stone-faced at the hands holding onto his sleeves.

"Let go of me."
