Kapitel 4: Zero Money
Their house was big. Maybe... 5 rooms? My rooms was in the second floor. All were made of woods. Apparently, 'I' was the one who made it. There was not much food in the kitchen. Fortunately, they have fruit trees of many kinds. I got myself a few apples.
With blushing all over my face, I asked Rooga read a few books for me. About basic magic, and some random books. Sometimes he would skip some hard words, but over all I understood what he's talking about.
Okay, I need to learn magic... and read. I felt useless. I realized that I could speak their language automatically. It was a wonder, but I was thankful for that.
"By the way... when will the other back?"
Rooga stared at me, blinking his sparkling eyes, "Mommy Ibil pregnant, can't do magic. So..."
"What about your dinner? How about... we go buy some food?" I thought to prepare some simple meals.
"Okay. We can pick some fruits and sell them."
"Seriously? I thought you said, your dad was a hero. Isn't hero supposed to be rich?? I mean... he's not some kind of mask hero, is he?"
When I was looking around, there was nothing but woods. Seriously? You dared making harem with nothing but title 'Hero'?
Not only he's a jerk, he's a jerk with zero money. The worst.
"Rooga, dear. When you become an adult in the future, don't be like your father."
"Why?" he's tilting his head. His plumping white cheeks made me lose my mind.
"Hero... is a dangerous job. If you want to help people... you could become a doctor... hm, a healer or something? Or... well, there are many jobs as awesome as being a hero. You have long way to the future. Just... don't be like your father, I mean... your daddy. Okay?"
"Hmm, okay, I'll listen to you, Mommy." He nodded seriously.
Rrgghhh.... so cute!!!
