They realized that I was talking about the words they said that pushed my husband to say those words.

"If that's the case, everyone had our answer. Be careful with the words you will all say, or else you will regret it," I remarked.

"Understood, Your Highness!" they answered.

"You heard the emperor already give the answer. We won't start a war. The best thing you can do is defend and fight when needed. I hope everyone understands what I mean," I added.

My husband ends the court meeting, and everyone leaves the hall. My brow arches, except for Li Jin. He bows his head.

"I want to speak with Her Highness and His Highness privately," he stated.
