Kapitel 121: Attack on Arlo City

The crack created by the Demon King's teleportation magic seemed to widen until a horned figure that looked like a giant finally descended from the big crack. The sound of his feet stomping on the ground echoed in Arlo City. The strong wind slapped Griffin hard. But Griffin remained still there. His eyes turned sharp as he slowly readied the sword that he had not used in a long time.

[It seems we are too late, Human. I don't detect the presence of anyone other than one human in this place.]

The Demon King's unfamiliar voice rang out, and he spoke to Quirin, who was standing on the creature's shoulders. Quirin also seemed to frown at this unexpected development. But Quirin was not frustrated, especially when he thought there was still plenty of opportunity to gauge the strength of the Demon King he had just resurrected.
