Kapitel 115: Shameless Governor!

Once news of the Federal Academy being attacked had reached the citizens' ears, they immediately rushed to the city hall.

"Governor! The Federal Academy is under attack by an unknown group. Can't you send the police to investigate the situation?" An old man and several other representatives asked the governor who was sitting on his lofty seat.

The bald governor's eyes flickered, as if he had no intention to face the problem. After thinking of an excuse, he slowly answered, "Oh... you've misunderstood. That was just the academy's spontaneous battle drill. They've already informed me yesterday..."

After all, the governor had already received a huge sum of money from the Frank family. Joey had already thought of most of the obstacles that would stand in his way.

As such, the governor needed to deceive the masses as best as he could!
