Lance thought about their abilities, recalling from Lancelot's memories that Zergs had the remarkable ability to disintegrate their bodies into fluid and escape. 

This unique attribute made wounds inflicted by conventional weapons like swords and guns ineffective.

Humans had consequently developed a type of weapon to combat them, utilising an electric wave known as aura.
