Henry suddenly got the shivers. He yanked Paige's hand off his shirt. "What are you talking about? Explain it!"

Paige sure wasn't going to tell him about his secret son being alive. With just Asher around, he was already way too bold and careless, making a mess everywhere. If Chuck joined in, she couldn't even guess how cocky Henry would get.

"Step aside. You're in my way." Paige lifted her leg, ready to kick him.

Henry jumped out of the way, rubbing his aching stomach where she had bumped into him. "What happened to the nice lady you used to be? Now you're acting like a grumpy old woman, always ready to hit and punch. What's up with you?"

Paige chuckled coldly. "Hitting you is letting you off easy. One of these days, I'll poison you with rat killer."

Henry laughed, but he was mad. "Paige, what did I do to make you hate me so much? Is it because I didn't divorce you? If you walk away empty-handed, you can have a divorce any time."
