Kapitel 122: Holding On Tight

The two hugged tightly, feeling like it would last forever. Knowing their divorce was coming soon, they let themselves feel more for each other. Even though Alicia decided to get a divorce, her heart didn't want to, holding on tight to the warmth of his hug.

They both had their own thoughts as they hugged. Neither of them wanted to let go. It was like they wished they could hug until the end of time.

All of a sudden, a loud ringtone broke the calm moment. Louis took his phone from his pocket, looked at the screen, and saw that it was Henry calling.

Frowning just a bit, he patted Alicia's back and said, "I need to take this call outside."

Alicia nodded. Louis grabbed his phone and left the room.

He found a quiet place and answered the phone.

With a plain look on his face, he asked, "What do you need?"

Henry's deep and strong voice sounded urgent, "Maddie's been in a car crash. We're all here. You should come too."
