Dante's eyes widened. This pain was unlike anything he had ever known. The young beta had already fought for his pack. He had taken a lot of blows, some very bad ones. However, nothing resembled this sensation. His flesh was burning.

He gritted his teeth to swallow his soreness. The Dominant then moved and took a step forward in an attempt to dislodge the whips that were piercing him from behind. As soon as he moved, he felt his flesh burn more as the whips slowly retreated from his abdomen aggravating his injuries. The first wave of pain didn't even have time to disappear and he had barely gasped at feeling freed when the whips pierced him a second time.

The places where Dante's body was pierced were different, but the young beta noticed something. Again, none of his vital organs were affected.
