In the castle's tower, Su Nan handed the newly brewed Super Werewolf Potion to Wolf One. "Take this and head to the second ritual site in my territory," he instructed. He had already deduced the culprits behind the interference—clearly, he wasn't the only one taking advantage of the supermoon's unique properties.
Wolf One obediently tilted its head back and swallowed the potion. Su Nan turned to the eager Wolf Two, who was anxiously wagging its tail, and reassured it, "Your turn is next. I'll start brewing the second batch immediately."
The supermoon phenomenon occurred four to five times a year, so Su Nan had prepared ample materials for multiple batches of the potion. Tonight, he planned to brew as many as possible. To ensure the cultists couldn't disrupt him again, Su Nan sent Wolf One to locate and deal with their hideout. Based on the earlier struggle over the moon's magic, he had pinpointed their general location—likely within the former Pasha domain.
A deep, piercing howl echoed through the tower as Wolf One writhed in pain. The potion's effects were taking hold, forcing a violent transformation. The werewolf began tearing at its own skin, shedding its previous form to reveal a larger, more powerful body underneath—a super werewolf.
This was its second evolution.
The Super Werewolf Potion was designed to only work on those who had already consumed the Werewolf Curse Conversion Potion. Without this prerequisite, the potion would be lethal. This created a sequential progression, with the Werewolf Curse Conversion Potion serving as the first evolution and the Super Werewolf Potion as the second.
Su Nan believed this sequential design might be unique to him, as no existing records in the wizarding archives suggested a similar concept.
"Go now, my servant. Clear the path for me," Su Nan commanded. "AI, begin recording data from the second encounter with an energy creature. We missed the opportunity to gather enough information on energy shell technology during the last encounter. This is our chance."
He also intended to test how the enhanced werewolf performed against such creatures.
Walking to his workbench, Su Nan picked up a sprig of aconite, the primary ingredient for the upgraded Wolf Venom Potion. The new potion, called Mixed Wolf Venom, combined wolfsbane and aconite with other toxins.
Unlike the original Wolf Venom Potion, this upgraded version caused severe neural disruption, driving its victim into a berserk state. The afflicted would attack indiscriminately until their body collapsed from the strain, leading to death. The Mixed Wolf Venom was far more potent and resistant to antidotes than its predecessor.
To counteract the venom, Su Nan had to create a separate antidote potion, as even his advanced methods couldn't otherwise neutralize its effects.
Wolf One, now fully transformed into a super werewolf, leaped out of the castle and raced across the moonlit terrain toward the former Pasha domain. Su Nan continued brewing the next batch of potions while guiding Wolf One through their mental link.
He also instructed the AI to analyze Wolf One's current abilities.

The data was extraordinary.
The potion not only enhanced the werewolf's base stats by one point each but also granted two new racial abilities—Beast Transformation and Lunar Tracking. In its transformed state, Wolf One's speed surpassed even that of a storm knight.
Under Su Nan's guidance, Wolf One transitioned into its beast form mid-run, its three-meter frame condensing into a sleek, four-meter-long giant wolf. Its speed surged as it tore across the landscape toward the former Pasha domain.
"This is a remarkable improvement, even surpassing seasoned storm knights," Su Nan noted. "But I wonder—how would it fare against a grand knight?"
Hearing approaching footsteps, Su Nan turned to see Warwick entering the tower, looking concerned. "Young master, is something wrong? Why did you dispatch a werewolf messenger to the outskirts of the domain? Is there anything I can assist with?"
Su Nan reassured him, "There's no need for concern. Just ensure the castle remains secure. No one should approach the tower—not even my cousin Julia or Uncle Louis."
He emphasized the need for vigilance regarding Louis, a priest of the Storm Church. Su Nan had no intention of involving himself with the church—at least, not yet.
