Kapitel 50: The Traitor of a Maid

"Eh... was there anyone inside?"

A young female voice sounded so confused when her attention was caught by the opened curtains. She slowly walked inside the bedroom before switching on the lights.

In an instant, the darkness was chased away.

'Who is she?'

Leslie quickly switched off the bunny lamp despite being hidden under the bed. Her eyes kept watching the pair of feet.

'Is it a maid?'

Leaving the small lamp and the diaries on the floor, Leslie hovered passing the bedframe and mattress before floating above the bed. Her eyesight was greeted with a woman's face.

The lady who had just entered the room was dressed in a brown-colored helper's uniform. She looked to be around Leslie's age. Without a doubt, she was one of the ancestral home's maids.

"I think I have drawn the curtain back. Did I actually forget about it?"
