Kapitel 55: Last Name

Going through Claire's bucket list was an excellent distraction from what was coming the next day. She had never shared this with anyone aside from her mother before but somehow it wasn't as embarrassing as she thought it would be.

Probably because it was Alex she was showing it to. He didn't understand the significance of things like getting married or having your first kiss so it wasn't like he could judge her for it.

When he got to the travel part where she had listed all of the states and continents she wanted to visit he looked up at her and said, "I have been to some of these places. They are basically the same as here."

Claire barely held back her laughter. That was because he had been there only for jobs. He didn't know anything about tourism.

"If you ever go back, look a little closer. I'm sure you'll find that they are different than you expect," she assured him.
