'I can't believe a man can act like this,' Katherine thought as she walked out of the room to look for Maximus.

According to what others said, Maximus must've gone to the forest.

Katherine continued walking, feeling a weird shiver run down her spine as she kept walking further inside.

It was almost as if something dominating was present around her, but what was it?

Could it be the Gypsy? Since they couldn't complete their talk?

No. This wasn't the right time to seek and talk to her. If Maximus saw her, things would get out of her hand.

It would be better if she finds the guy before the Gypsy makes her appearance known.

"Mr. Maximus, you can eat the food. I didn't touch it. Seriously, how can you get angry over such a thing? Are you not going to drop me back at University?" Katherine raised her voice so he could hear her and come to her if he was near.
