Lord Ghost's name was Bai Xian'nian, and his nickname was "pervert." He was the Tiger King Guan Chaocheng's favored direct disciple, highly valued by Guan Chaocheng.
Luo Xuan, on the other hand, was merely a registered disciple of Guan Chaocheng. The cultivation technique practiced by Luo Xuan was not imparted by Guan Chaocheng. Guan Chaocheng gathered a large number of registered disciples and then used them to control various martial arts circles, thereby maintaining his authority as the Northern Tiger King.
The reason for Luo Xuan's experience lay primarily in Guan Chaocheng's emphasis on the Central Plains. Luo Xuan was a native of the Central Plains and worked for Huibei's strongman, Tang Zhenghua. Guan Chaocheng took him as a disciple to use him to bring the martial arts circles of the Central Plains into his fold.
However, the outcome was unsatisfactory. Luo Xuan had returned from studying abroad and, before he could realize his ambitions, was punched to death by Pang Feng.
