Kapitel 235: Time To Take Her Back

Wendy had set her alarm clock, and the next day, woke up on time.

Since she had decided to go back to work, she would not allow herself to lose any sense of time.

After breakfast, Wendy changed her clothes and put on her makeup before grabbing her bag and planning to leave.

Michael came out of the bedroom with a glass of water and pills, just like yesterday, and walked over.

As she looked at the medication handed to her, Wendy's eyes darkened for a moment.

Yesterday, she spat out the medicine because she didn't want to regain her memory.

Today, she knew that she had taken the medicine that inhibited recovering her memory for a month straight and couldn't recover anymore.

"Take your medicine first, and then we'll go to the office," Michael said.

Looking at Michael's concerned look and listening to his gentle tone, Wendy, however, only saw some irony.
