Kapitel 124: Lost

The sound of the gentle breeze, the waves of the wildflowers and the soft ripples on the beautiful blue lake lifted away all the burden she had shouldered and brought her to calmness she never experienced before. 

It had been such tense moments the past few days, with all the rumours and the overthinking, that to have the quietness in her mind was quite welcoming and refreshing. 

A satisfying smile etched on her face as the tranquillity consumed her. She sat down on the greenery grass and laid her body as she stared onto the stunning blue sky with patches of fluffy white cotton candy. 

She could not care less whether the ground was clean. 

She could not care less if there were creepy crawlies beneath her. 

Because at that second, she wanted to focus about nothing else but herself. It was her time. Her 'me - time'. Not even the thought of anyone should dare to enter her mind without her permission.
