Linda's POV

By the time my last class before lunch is over, I'm more than sure the Cassanos are avoiding us but there's no way they'll skip lunch because of us right?

When we go to the cafeteria to get our food, the Cassanos are not there yet and they take their time arriving.  We eat slowly until they arrive. When they finally come, Summer is with them and she waves at us while taking a seat with them. 

I've never seen Esperanza so enthralled by a kid before. She used to tell me kids were little monsters. When she used to babysit back at Silverado, the stories were endless. Kids' pranks are just plain evil. 

I hope she's not already thinking of having kids. 

Ha! I'm not ready to be an aunt and she's too young!
